Young Generation 👫 and Social Media

When we talk about social media and young generation, a big question comes to our mind, i.e. are we become the slave of social media 😠? Social media is mostly popular in the young generation. It becomes a very important part of the younger generation. There are so many people who are engaged themselves in social media without thinking about the impact and the effect that can be both positive and negative. There are so many social media sites which are accessible to everyone but people should be aware while using it. Social media keeps us update almost about everything that happens in the world and anyone can easily access any information, purchase anything very easily. They can also develop their cognitive abilities by doing some online courses, can refresh mind by using social platforms, can develop the social skill and most importantly the youth can get a perfect place to express themselves and show some creativity through it and they can connect people throughout the world 😊. 

    But sometimes it seems that the young generation is using the social media not for refreshment of their mind, they have given so much important to social media that it becomes their priority. They can live one day without food but not without internet or social media and they forget all other things even family members, as it becomes an addiction to the young generation. Some people of the present generation are using social media negatively for which the cyber crime has increased day by day. In Facebook making and sharing memes is on trending and some takes the opportunity and share lots of memes about someone. It can go viral easily and this leads to depression of the victim and sometime it leads to suicide attempt.  In social media any news or information or rumours spread very fast and we never check the information whether it is right or wrong and directly passed or forwarded to others for which so many incidents on mob lynching is taking place, which are spread on social media. It leads to dangerous crimes which are increasing day by day. Despite of social media playing a positive role for most it has a negative impact on youth according to many researches 😠. 

    Students are getting more engaged in social media specially on Facebook. As they do not have proper knowledge about it so cyber bullying and cyber crime is increasing among them day by day and it can harm the student’s life . Only for enjoyment purpose they just use it and unknowingly do many mistakes on social media.

    No doubt that social media is very effective to use as it has been spread worldwide. So the youth and their parents should remain aware about the proper use of social media and a adaptive tool for learning new things. In some extent it is true that we become slave of social media because we rely heavily on it. It is a great platform and everyone should used it in a productive and positive manner. It is a platform where all the people can show their positivism, love, creativity to the people across the globe 😅. So let’s utilise it properly and spread positive thought, love and unity among youths.

 

Let’s Live Together 👨🍀🐈

As a thought it is about the all human being, nature, animals living together with harmony for a better and peaceful world. But it is a big question for all that is there any harmony among all these? Among these three, human beings are considered as the superior and talented creatures. But they are the cruellest one who can destroy the harmony and create a chaotic situation. From the early days we can see that human being never felt guilty by destroying nature or killing animals. But now a days it is seen that they can easily harm or kill each other without any hesitation. I want to explain some of the situation regarding this.

Destroying nature or forest is the big issue right now. We can take the example of Dihing Patkai and Dibru Saikhuwa. How people continuously destroy the beautiful forests which are the home for many wild animals, birds and many faunas. Due to this reason wild animals come out from the forest and move towards the human settlement in search of food, which create the man vs. wild animals’ conflict. Which can cause to property damage, death of people and death of the wild animals. Also deconstruction of forest and wildlife can change the climate and collapse the ecosystem. Not only this, people are killing animals for fun now a days. Recently, a pregnant Elephant was killed by the local people by feeding fruit that was stuffed with crackers. But from the ancient period Elephant has been manifested as Lord Ganesha, then how can someone be so cruel. After that a pregnant Cow is injured by feeding some eatables with explosive in Himachal Pradesh. Again 13 Monkeys were found floating in Water in Cachar District and it was suspect that they have been poisoned by some people. So these are the example which shows that the most talented creatures of the Earth is killing and destroying the nature only for enjoyment 😞.

Now I want to set some example regarding the killing of people by people only. I have set some example from the Assam only. In the year 2018, 8^th June the brutal mob lynching incident was take place in Karbi Anglong where two youth became the victims of fake social media. The people continued to thrash them, some people recorded the video, some people laughing at them but no one has come to save them. After that a common household man named Sanatan Deka from Kamrup was beaten death over a reason that is beyond imagination. Another mob lynching took place in Mariani where one youth was beaten death another youth injured. So these cases shows that there is no human value among human being. They never hesitate to kill people then killing animals for fun and destroying nature or forest is not even a small thing for them ☹️☹️.

Another incident I want to look forward, that took place in US. Black man dies after US police pin him to ground. So in this case why black man was mentioned in the news, rather they can use a person instead of black man. So it is the racism that took place all over the world. And this leads to the ‘Black Lives Matter’ on trending. It shows that there are no human values in human being which can reflect our sense of right and wrong and how they sheer inhumanity 😑.

 By considering all the cases it should be ‘All Lives Matter’. Human please don’t be so cruel. Let everyone live freely. Don’t harm and kill anyone. Bring up the humanity, love and morality for everyone. So let the World be free, let the forest grow, let the animals be free, let the people be free to live their life. Spread love and humanity to all. Let’s make the world beautiful and let’s live together peacefully 🌚😊.
